If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery or refusal to accept delivery, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

13. Risk and title

Risk in the products passes to you once the order has been delivered to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Title in the products passes to you once full payment has been received by us.

If delivery tracking shows that an order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with the carrier investigation.

14. Returns and exchanges
